Friday, 5/22: Special collaboration with Plaza Del Toro and John Gorham. A celebratory evening of cava, tapas, jamón, conservas, and flamenco.

Friday, 6/19: J'Ambonnay 2 -- Manuel will be carving 36 month cured Fermin jamón Ibérico, paired with special selections of champagne at Ambonnay Champagne bar.

Saturday, 6/27: Exclusive event! Conserva kicks off a collaborative event series, as the first USA chapter of an international organization based in Spain. More details coming soon!
